Cook Time: 5 minutes.

Alright, people, it’s summer time! And that means more chilled beverages, more grill-outs, parties and more. That’s why I will be bringing more smoothies to you guys, so that you can enjoy them during this hot summer, just like I do. Each one will be deliciously healthy, so if you haven’t followed me yet, you really don’t want to miss out on what’s to come. Hope you enjoy it!

For 4 servings, you will need:

  • 3 Ripe Bananas
  • 3 c. Blueberries (frozen)
  • 1.5 c. Coconut Milk (or any milk you want)
  • 1.5 c. Old-fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 3 Dannon Oikos Triple Zero Vanilla Yogurt (single-serve containers)
  • 1/2 ts. Vanilla Extract

Directions:

bloatana2Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Garnish with some extra oats and blueberries for looks. High in protein, especially if you use plant protein milk, so great treat for my fellow vegetarians! Great for a summer party 🙂
